The best meal we had in Norway. A commitment to using local, fresh produce and seafood. Our server pointed out the boat from our window that had caught the langoustine we ate. We tried the tasting menu to get a bit of everything. Worth it. We loved the crab and salmon the most. The seared minke whale was an interesting dish. Like venison and liver.
