Eventhough the property is situated at best location and best amenities. Front office staffs are not professional. They are very particular about the view of their hotel. In the Check in date , adjacent room member has put their cloths for driying in the balcony. Without checking the room number they accuse us to remove the same from balcony. Even though we told them we had not put the cloths , they insist us to check that. Later based on clarification they tendered upology. Last day of our stay, all the keys of the rooms are deactivated before check out time . Which made us to go down to reactivate the keys. Need more refinement from front . Till the date of check out, cloths of adjacent room stays in the same position 😁. Seems they are not concerned of the same after the incident.
